MissionSMC Regina's Center is a caring non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Louisville community. Founded in 1993, SMC Regina's Center has consistently enhanced the lives of its students through its adult day training and athletics activities for all ages.
Through our day training program and athletic programs, SMC Regina's Center currently serves 153 participants and maintains a strong reputation of being one of Louisville’s most successful programs. SMC Regina's Center participates in the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Supports for Community Living (SCL) program. |
St. Mary’s Center has a three fold mission:To foster a positive self image and encourage greater independence and productivity among its students.
To provide opportunities for personal, educational and social growth through community activities and relationships. To improve the quality of family life for its students through improved social skills. SMC Regina's Center has developed a program of activities and classes which are specifically designed for each client’s individual needs. These programs and activities include weekly field trips, athletic training and competitions, team building, health and nutrition. |
